Service Description

Lessons can be scheduled online for 1-on-1. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. No refunds if lessons are cancelled after 24-hour. Give us a call if you have any additional questions! Note if you are currently a NOT a Member at Red Alert, please use the "Non-Member Lessons" option. Memberships with be verified before the lesson begins.

Cancellation Policy

EARLY BIRD/LESSON CANCELLATIONS If you need to reschedule, please give us a call at least a day before your scheduled visit. We anticipate this to be a busy season so these spots will be important for the folks looking to ride early to avoid crowds. We want to be able to assist if you need to cancel for unexpected reasons, or conflicts that pop up as best we can. Cancellations day of will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding! PARK RENTAL CANCELLATION Deposits will not be refundable. If you need to cancel and would like to reschedule, give us a call and we can move the date for you. Thank you.
